Mark Tomlinson from LafargeHolcim has presented the European Experience of Recycled Concrete to the South African Construction Industry. The speach has included presentation of HISER project, its goals and activities in the area of concrete.
Mark Tomlinson was a speaker at the ReCon 2016 - Seminar on the Reduction, Reuse and Recycling of Concrete  that was held at the beginning of March in four cities: Cape Town, Port Elizabeth, Durban and Johannesburg.
The seminar was organized by Concrete Society of Southern Africa.
